Materials Needed To Create Stained Glass

• 8 Glass
• 1 dye (any color)

Steps To Make Minecraft Stained Glass

1. Open Your Crafting Menu

To craft stained glass, you first need to open your crafting table in Minecraft. You should see the same grid as in the image below.

2. Add The Glass And Dye To The Menu

In the crafting table, add the 8 regular glass and 1 dye to the grid. You can use any of the 16 dye colors.

You must add the items to the grid in the same pattern as shown in the image below. In the 1st row place down 3 glass, one in each box. In the 2nd row place down 1 glass in the 1st box, 1 dye in the 2nd box, and 1 glass in the 3rd box. In the 3rd row place down the remaining 3 glass. This is the Minecraft stained glass recipe.

After you've added each item to the crafting grid as described above, you'll notice 8 stained glass blocks in the box on the right.

3. Move The Stained Glass To Your Inventory

Lastly, you need to drag the stained glass down to your inventory so they can be used.
